Digitale Teams
A digital ecosystem for the working world of the future
Virtual teams that work together as productively as if they were in the same room, regardless of where the employees are located. The "Digitale Teams" project develops an open, cloud-based platform that makes this possible. This “smart service” creates new ways of working together, taking into account the desire for alternative work models or a quieter life away from the big cities. Rural regions benefit in particular from this. Local companies can offer new employment perspectives with “Digitale Teams”. In times of skilled worker shortages, this increases their attractiveness as employers and their competitiveness on the labour market. At the same time, employees benefit as well: they are spared the search on the expensive urban housing market or long commuting distances.
