Symphony

Platform for ICT services (Smart Services World I technology programme)

The platform Symphony will serve as a digital marketplace for ICT services and will be geared to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The online marketplace will enable SMEs to compare, select, combine, book and manage ICT services. The associated business transactions will no longer have to be handled separately with each individual provider (One Face to the Customer).
