BloGPV

Blockchain-based, large-scale virtual storage system for PV system operators (Smart Services World II technology programme)

Trading electricity directly with neighbours – this is what "BloGPV" aims to achieve by networking solar power producers and electricity consumers in a local virtual storage network. "BloGPV" develops suitable technological solutions for automated electricity trading in this network. The aim is to keep photovoltaic systems economically viable for producers and to make green electricity attractive for consumers once the feed-in tariffs are discontinued. The project aims to make an important contribution to the electricity supply of the future.
