LIPS

Live Interactive PMSE Services (Smart Services World II technology programme)

A completely new dimension of experiencing live events – the "LIPS" project wants to make it possible: Innovative transmission technologies allow two concert stages to merge into one. Additional interactive services enable an immersive multimedia experience – both on location via smartphone and from home. The basis for this is to minimise latencies in the transmission of video, light and sound. In addition to the transmission of concerts, the technology is also suitable for video telephony or the transmission of or participation in conferences.
