The aim of KI-SIGS is to create a common institutional framework, i.e. ‘AI space’, for the model region of Northern Germany. The purpose of this framework is to develop and apply medical AI technologies better and faster. The central tool is a platform to organise the transfer of knowledge and coordinate planned developments. In addition, regulatory and ethical requirements will be jointly developed, and connections to other AI and medical-related networks will be made possible.
