Project management agency

The DLR Project Management Agency (DLR-PT) provides the BMWK with technical and organisational support in the preparation and implementation of technology programmes such as the GreenTech Innovation Competition and is responsible for ensuring that the projects are implemented according to guidelines. This includes, in particular, continuously monitoring projects, reviewing project progress and completed project goals and following up on suitable utilisation strategies in the projects, particularly once projects have been concluded. Furthermore, the project management agency is the direct contact for all questions concerning modifications to the work plan or changes in the consortium, for instance. The DLR-PT also acts on behalf of the BMWK to organise dialogue processes with experts at the national and international level in various subject areas – also involving funding projects in the process. These efforts facilitate networking and form an important basis for new funding initiatives.
