The project management agency

The DLR Project Management Agency (DLR-PT) provides the BMWK with technical and organisational support in the preparation and implementation of technology programmes such as "5G Campus Networks" and is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the projects. This includes, in particular, the continuous monitoring of the projects, the review of project progress and achieved project goals, as well as the follow-up of suitable exploitation strategies in the projects, especially after the end of the project. Furthermore, the project management organisation is the direct contact for all questions concerning, for example, changes to the work plan or changes in the consortium. On behalf of the BMWK, the DLR-PT also organises dialogue processes with experts at national and international level in various subject areas - also involving funding projects. These serve networking purposes and form an important basis for new funding initiatives.
