Projects

The Technology programme "Campus networks based on 5G communication technology" is divided into two areas: a lead project "CampusOS for providers and users" and the satellite projects for testing and implementing campus networks from the provider and user perspective. The CampusOS Lead project is developing a technology toolkit with a component catalogue and blueprints for setting up and operating open campus networks together with and for the satellite projects.

Currently, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection is funding six satellite projects with a total of 56 partners in addition to the CampusOS Lead project.
