ToHyVe

The Covid pandemic has led to lasting changes in business communication. Companies have learned that meetings can be held online, saving travel and costs. However, telepresence procedures and hybrid event formats still need to be significantly improved.

The aim of the project is therefore to develop a toolbox that can serve a variety of hybrid event formats while taking data protection into account. To this end, new 3D video and audio processing methods will be developed and implementation options for technical measures to ensure data protection and privacy will be investigated, taking into account the legal framework and their implementation. In particular, hybrid applications such as guided tours through showrooms, panel discussions, networking and the presentation of exhibits will be supported.
