GEMIMEG - GEMIni | MEtrology | Global
Digitally calibrated measurement systems play an important role for the confidence in digital processes and (future) wireless communication and sensor networks.
The goal of the joint project GEMIMEG-II (GEMIni | MEtrology | Global) "Safe and robust calibrated measurement systems for digital transformation" is therefore the establishment of a national quality infrastructure (QI), in which the quality of acquired data - among others of sensors and actuators - and the reliability of the statements and conclusions derived from them are guaranteed.
Within the scope of the project, a secure, consistent, legally compliant and legally acceptable end-to-end availability of information is to be developed for the implementation of reliable, networked measurement systems. Such an ecosystem forms the basis for productivity leaps using digital quality measurement technology towards a further improvement of the quality infrastructure for Germany to ensure the "productivity of the future".
