5G Campus Networks: First successful Workshop of Lead and Satellite Projects
Under the title "CampusOS Ecosystem Exploration - Synergy Identification between Lead Project and Satellite Projects", the first joint workshop took place in Berlin on June 21-22, 2022.
More than 75 participants from all six satellite projects (CampusDynA, MAVERIC, 5G++FlexiCell, KliNet5G, O5G-N-IoT and TICCTEC) and the lead project CampusOS were on site. Discussions were held about synergies in various issues, such as use cases, network requirements, technology components, test environments as well as operator models, and initial requirements from the satellite projects were formulated. The coordination of joint public appearances also played a major role. The CampusOS lead project is now consolidating the results and initiating corresponding working groups.
