The Project Management Agency

The DLR Projektträger (DLR-PT) provides technical and organisational support to the BMFTR in the preparation and implementation of technology programmes such as QC Next and is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the projects. This includes, in particular, the continuous monitoring of projects, the review of project progress and achieved project objectives, as well as the pursuit of suitable exploitation strategies within the projects, particularly after the project has ended. Furthermore, the project management agency is the direct point of contact for all questions concerning, for example, changes to the work plan or alterations to the consortium. The DLR-PT also organises, on behalf of the BMFTR, dialogue processes with subject matter experts at national and international level across various thematic areas – including the involvement of funded projects. These serve to foster networking and form an important basis for new funding initiatives.
