Project management agency

The DLR Project Management Agency (DLR-PT) provides technical and organisational support to ministries in the preparation and implementation of technology programmes, such as the GreenTech Innovation Competition - Digital Technologies as a Lever for the Circular Economy, and is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of projects. This includes, in particular, the continuous monitoring of the projects, the review of project progress and achieved project goals as well as the follow-up of suitable utilisation strategies in the projects, especially after the end of the project. Furthermore, the project management organisation is the direct point of contact for all questions concerning, for example, changes to the work plan or changes in the consortium. DLR-PT also organises dialogue processes with experts at national and international level in various subject areas on behalf of the DLR - including funding projects. These serve the purpose of networking and form an important basis for new funding initiatives.
