Final Event of the International 5G Project EmKoi4.0 (Opening modern communication technologies for Industry 4.0) with Japan

The EmKoI4.0 project develops methods for dynamically adapting industrial wireless communication networks to ensure they meet the specific requirements of applications throughout the entire system lifecycle. For this purpose, digital models such as the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) are used, which map the capabilities of the communication components and enable their reconfiguration according to operational requirements. This approach allows for automatic deployment within the communication network, ensuring that application requirements continue to be met even when operating conditions change.

The event will be held in a hybrid format in Wetter (Ruhr) and online.
