The FabOS project is creating a platform that will enable SMEs in particular to automate production processes both quickly and flexibly. Following the example of operating systems, components will be provided on the platform that not only link machines, IT infrastructures and services, but also ensure seamless integration and use of AI applications in all areas of production. At the same time, the platform is open, guaranteeing that companies are not tied to solutions from specific manufacturers.
