German-Swedish AI Colloquium
On November 29, German and Swedish AI experts met to exchange ideas about AI for Industry 4.0. DLR Projektträger organized the event together with RISE, AI Sweden and the German AI Association.
Since 2017, a German-Swedish Innovation Partnership has underlined the close cooperation between the two countries. Artificial intelligence has been one of six core topics of this partnership since 2019. The colloquium, which is supported by the BMWK and the Swedish innovation agency VINNOVA, aims to further advance German-Swedish cooperation in this field and bring together the ecosystems of both countries.
During the inaugural event, Michael Oberle from Fraunhofer IPA presented the FabOS project from the AI Innovation Competition. Another talk by Larisa Rizvanovic from RISE discussed the SALLPI project funded by VINNOVA.
The event was met with great interest in both countries and the series will be continued in 2023. If you are interested in participating or presenting a project, please contact pt-dt-international@dlr.de .
