The AI innovation competition and the funded projects are administratively and scientifically supervised by the project management agency of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) promotes at the Project Management Agency for Aeronautic Research (DLR-PT) as well as additional, topic-specific accompanying research commissioned by VDI/VDE-Innovation und Technik GmbH.

Lead Partner

The Project Management Agency for Aeronautic Research (DLR-PT) implements the funding projects in accordance with the applicable funding guidelines for various federal ministries in terms of technical and organisational aspects and is an essential and important component in the project funding system of the ministries.

Accompanying research

The funded projects are supported by the accompanying scientific research in their ongoing work and in the transfer of their results to the outside world.
