Lead Partner
The Project Management Agency for Aeronautic Research (DLR-PT) provides technical and organisational support to the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) in the preparation and implementation of technology programme such as the AI innovation competition and is responsible for ensuring that the projects are carried out properly. This includes in particular the continuous monitoring of the projects, the review of project progress and achieved project goals as well as the follow-up of appropriate exploitation strategies in the projects, especially after the end of the project. Furthermore, the project management organisation is the direct contact for all questions concerning, for example, changes in the work plan or changes in the consortium. On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Project Management Agency for Aeronautic Research (DLR-PT) also organises dialog processes with experts at national and international level in various subject areas - also involving funded projects. These serve networking purposes and form an important basis for new funding initiatives.
